players are there to win the game with goals. Goalkeepers are there to prevent goals and not to lose the game. Goalies play a different discipline than their opponents. You may not play the Ball or Puck with the Hand, what is not allowed their players in many sports. Goalkeeper conductors, are not so much part of tactics as the other players. Goalkeepers are more in focus than the front people, which has always been an issue about the Sport. The goalkeeper is also a metaphor for a loner, as in Peter Handke's "The goalkeeper's fear of the penalty". Goalkeeper Josef Bloch has in the narrative, the conclusion: Only the quiet goalkeeper, the shooter shoots the Ball in the arms. Goalkeeper will be the decisive figure, the great hero or a tragic loser. Are all of one goalkeeper in a team sport, whether in football, Handball, ice hockey, water Polo or Hockey.
For us, the Berlin goalkeeper Rune Jarstein (Hertha BSC), Silvio heinevetter (Füchse), Maximilian specialises (polar bears), Laszlo Baksa (water friends Spandau) and Anna Kilian (Berliner HC) answer the following ten questions about your passion and desire in the gate.
Rune Jarstein, Hertha BSC
1. Why did you become a goalkeeper and not a field player?
Till I was about 14 years old, I was a field player. Striker. I always have a mid-term in the field, and played in goal. But then I got a growth spurt and I am at the gate getting better and better. Since the decision was clear.
2. Why is it more attractive to prevent goals than to score goals?
I find both attractive. I used to – as I said – both experienced. It has evolved just like that. I feel very comfortable in my role as a kind of individual fighters within a team. I can help the team with rest, good saves or good passes in the build-up play from the back. I like that.
3. The goalkeeper has a completely different task as a field player. To what extent is a goalkeeper as a bit of a loner and impeller?
4. What are the main movements of a Gatekeeper, what it is?
In the gate You have to bring a lot of things. Reaction speed for shots from a short distance or for an Overview of and bounce for wide shots, or the penalty area mastery. The goalie game is very diverse.
5. How do you work out?
We have a goalkeeper training to a large extent with our goalkeeping coach Petry Zsolt away from the team training. When it comes to tactical things, forms of play or a goal shot training, we are part of the team training.
6. What is a good defense rate for a goalie in their sports?
it's hard to say. In football, there is the case of goalkeepers, the statistics "held shots", or the "white vest", so the number of Zero-games but a real rate is very difficult to call.
7. Have you been in any other sports, and in the gate?
8. If you hadn't become a goalkeeper in your sports, then...
...I would have become a field player. But probably not quite so successful (laughs).
9. The goalkeeper is often. Do you have a special quirk?
Some whimsy every person has. Maybe this is my, I almost every day salmon eat.
10. Have you shot a goal? And if Yes, what was the feeling?More about
