17-year-old has built on a dream-a Volvo three years

Already at 15 he had seen out the perfect car number one with a 855 GLT, 1993.

With a month left to 18-the anniversary has fordonseleven turned a Volvo into a utställningsbil.

– I have set a goal to win any trophy – to get something for the effort, " says Dennis Åkerström.

Initially would a Volvo be his förstabil, but after almost three years of renovation, the project has taken a different turn.

" I bought it when I was 15. Then I wanted to have a nice car to learn to drive with, but since then it has grown up with some sort of perfectionist in me – so it has been derailed a little bit, " he says.

Right now Dennis last year at the fordonsprogrammet on Arlandagymnasiet in Märsta. After he had put in a new engine that ”only” had 20 000 miles – changed the blue interior to a black, taken from a 850R. Then have Dennis become increasingly more picky. With about one month left to 18-the anniversary has the most on the Volvo that was reviewed. On the outside are visible among the other details from the 850R, V70 and XC70.
