“We track objects of about ten centimeters or larger, and we have about 60 counted”, said the NASA chief.

The satellite is in a relatively low orbit, at 300 km altitude, disabled, far below that of the ISS (400 km) and of the majority of the satellites that surround our planet to wallow. Only 24 pieces are above ISS hit, said Jim Bridenstine.
