Kerry attacked former President Donald Trump, attributing his government to be"inexcusably absent for four decades."

These warnings come as world leaders advocate the Biden government to execute an ambitious program to reduce America's emissions, and which undermine about 13 percent of the planet's total.

Kerry didn't announce any new measures as the government continues to review its climate policies.

"When tensions are already high someplace and resources are becoming more and more scarce, the embers of battle simply burn brighter," he explained. "And if farmers can't earn a living since the weather is so unpredictable and extreme, they get increasingly desperate. Most, according to some research, countless millions, will probably be forced from their homes... when it's not handled well, it could literally start to endanger countries, houses, peace, and stability."

In reality, Kerry tied the catastrophe in Texas to climate change, stating,"This week at the country of Texas, we have seen unprecedented intense cold associated with climate since the polar vortex penetrates further south due to the weakening of the jet flow linked to warming"

This connection between climate change and cold weather isn't definitive, but scientists say climate change could possibly be creating cold and warm seasons more intense.

Not every nation is going to be encouraged to Biden's Earth Day summit, Kerry verified, but it is going to consist of many developing nations like Bangladesh and Pacific countries like Palau which are already facing the climate catastrophe in real ways. The world's 17 big markets and largest emitting countries must be aware of"the plight of the men and women who are the sufferers," Kerry explained.
