Dominic Pezzola has been taken into custody Friday morning and was charged with beating a window in the Capitol, according to an FBI affidavit.
Following Pezzola, 43, turned himself , he had been ordered held pending a bail hearing at a subsequent date in Washington, D.C. Federal prosecutors have requested that he be arrested according to"risk of flight and threat of threat."
Pezzola was viewed"smoking a cigar within the Capitol building" in movie analyzed from the FBI.
"In the movie," court documents show,"the person states words into the effect of,'Victory smoke at the Capitol, boys.
The FBI supported Pezzola's identify with the support of a witness, who stated he or she understood Pezzola as"Spaz" and that he'd bragged about breaking windows in the Capitol with a police defense before entering.
According to court documents, Pezzola supposedly had thoughts of murdering Vice President Mike Pence if presented the opportunity.
Pezzola's online profile claims he is a veteran of the Marines.
The affidavit alleges that he"unlawfully gained entrance" into the Capitol by breaking a window using a U.S. Capitol Police protect, while instigated by other people.
Among other matters, the release states,"The affidavit also alleges that Pezzola and many others said they could have murdered anyone they got on their hands, such as Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Vice President Michael Pence. The affidavit alleges that, in the days following the event, members of this team said that the band would go back to Washington, D.C., and kill every single am -fer' they might."
