Frank Biden, the president's younger brother, allegedly promoted his connection with President Biden at a newspaper advertisement for a Florida law company published on Inauguration Day.
"Both Biden brothers have long held a dedication to compelling environmental issues into the forefront," a part of their advertisement to get its South Florida-based Berman Law Group stated, based on CNBC.
The advertisement, published in Florida's Daily Business Review, featured an image of Frank Biden and concentrated on the business's lawsuit against a bunch of sugar cane firms in Florida, based on CNBC.
"My Lady is a model for how to begin doing this job," the president's brother allegedly said in the advertisement.
Frank Biden is recorded on the firm's site as a non-attorney senior advisor and his brief biography also notes his connection with his own brother.
"Mr. Biden worked at the Clinton Administration as a Manager of Legislative and Congressional Affairs and has been included in the election campaigns of his brother, Joe Biden, and nephew, Joseph R. Biden III, as an adviser and outstanding campaign planner over several decades," it states on the site.
Frank Biden told CNBC in an email he hasn't used his own brother to acquire new customers. "Our company has been concerned [with] this litigation," he wrote. I won't ever be used with any lobbyist or lobbying firm."
He continued,"The significant sugar instance has existed for over two decades and is the poster child for corporate sway. We're honored to have Frank Biden stand together with us leaders for social justice"
The company didn't respond that a Fox News after-hours' call for remark.
A White House spokesperson told CNBC it's the government's policy"the President's title shouldn't be utilised in connection with any business activities to imply, or in any manner that may reasonably known to indicate, his acceptance or service."
A White House representative didn't immediately respond to Fox News' after-hours' petition for comment.
Frank Biden has employed his link to his brother for additional business dealings also, based on a ABC News narrative this past year and after known his last name as"a huge advantage."
"The Biden White House must get a very strict protocol on using this Biden title," former George W. Bush White House ethics attorney Richard Painter advised CNBC. "law enforcement firm associates and anyone else who's using the Biden title shouldn't be calling the president or anybody else working with the president"
Former President Trump's adult kids also have faced accusations of profiting off their dad's presidency due to their private businesses and of nepotism from the White House.
