Liius svartrotssallad. Salsify is sometimes called fattigmanssparris and is a vegetable that is not used as often, but it is delicious. It can not be eaten raw and you should ideally use gloves when you peel it.
Roasted cauliflower with green curryskum. Roasted cauliflower with peanuts and a frothy tasty and beautifully green sauce. So good!
Blackened savoy cabbage with svampfräs. Savoy cabbage is really a beautiful vegetable, but it goes well with pointed cabbage and white cabbage also. Served with plenty svampfräs.
Leek and blomkålspaj. A pie is among the simplest and best there is to offer. The filling need not even baked in the oven. Serve a salad.
Hibiscus and raspberry cheese cake. As good as it is beautiful and fit also to invite the vegans. It needed a food processor for this cake. It should rest at least 4 hours in the freezer, which makes it fit to prepare in good time before it should be eaten.
