Trump unveils his proposals for immigration – the level of knowledge is prior to relationships,

Immigrants with high level of knowledge, such as scientists and doctors, are given priority in the new system. Today is the group of around 12 per cent of the total immigration, while the relatives of people who live in the united states accounts for more than half.
