Édouard Philippe and Christophe Castaner will make a statement to the press this Friday at 12: 30 on the holding of the second round of municipal elections, according to a press release of the prime minister.
"Following the advice of the scientific Council on the arrangements for health of the electoral process at the exit of the containment", the prime minister and his minister of the Interior held a declaration in the court of the Hotel de Matignon, states the press release.
