the Office was established in september last year. It happened after several reconciliatory talks between North and south Korea.

north Korea 'withdraws after instructions from the supreme authority", reads it according to genforeningsministeriet. There are not given any further explanation as to why the north koreans have decided to leave the office.

nor is It clear whether the decision is permanent or temporary.

Genforeningsministeriet call North korea's decision 'regrettable'.
