Muslim murderer denied last wish

A last wish is something quite special.

Also for the murderers on death row in the UNITED states, which has been the case for Domineque Ray, who sat on death row in Alabama from 1995 to 7. February 2019.

It is customary that the prisoners sentenced to death have the right to have a priest present in the room when they get the lethal injection. Domineque Ray, however, was muslim and, therefore, would like to have its imam instead. It refused to jail him, however, why he did not oppose it.

IN the UNITED states, in the constitution, that no religion should be above another, therefore, the case was also of fundamental nature, why the went to the supreme court. Here voterede five of the nine judges opposed, that he should be allowed to get replace the priest with an imam.

supreme court justice Elana Kagan has subsequently commented on the decision, which she disagreed with.

the Law says clearly that no religion should be above another, but Alabama's decision flies in the face of it. Why couldn Domineque Rays of the imam do not get the same treatment as the christian priest? The state has no answer, she says

Domineque Ray received his death sentence in 1995 as a punishment for having raped and murdered a 15-year-old Tiffany Harville. Her body was found abandoned in a field.
