Hovrättsförhandlingarna in the case begins on Tuesday. Lawyer Elisabeth Massi Fritz, the representative representing the plaintiff, the woman and it is she who has appealed tingsrättsdomen – which freed man from the accusations of a rape that would have occurred during a party in the Stockholm archipelago 2008.
On Monday published the lawyer a post on Instagram in which she writes that she is preparing for Tuesday's negotiations. According to Aftonbladet, who have been part of the originalinlägget, there was a document where the profile name and home address appeared. The screenshot shows the lawyer's hand when she is holding the documents linked to the target. The post is now deleted.

”I've had a picture of my hand when I sat and worked with target during the day. On my picture that I laid out in my story was not any visible address. I would never put out the tv profile or someone else's address, would never come up with the idea”.
On the question if the address was not visible in the picture responds Massi Fritz:
”In my story was the address blurred”.
off to the Bar, writes Aftonbladet. The bar association secretary general Anne Ramberg confirms to DN that she has taken measures after the incident.
"I have initiated a disciplinary case in the sense that I raised the issue," says Anne Ramberg.
She writes in a comment that it required a formal decision from the board before it becomes a matter for the disciplinary board.
”I have in the reason of the lawyer Massi Fritz publishing on Instagram today, both asked the lawyer to remove the post with the comment and picture showing the address, and partly informed the lawyer and television personality that I initiated a disciplinary case. It means that I will take it up to the board of directors for referral to the disciplinary board.”
Elisabeth Massi Fritz post was on Monday night not left on Instagram.
