Kursrekord for the stockholm stock exchange – Sandvik's report provided additional momentum

In August and October last year were the courses at peak levels. Then began a sharp decline, partly due to the concern for trade war between the U.S. and China. But this year, the stock exchange has risen sharply and so far this year is rise of nearly 18 per cent.

It was the engineering company Sandvik's report which gave a boost to the stock exchange at lunchtime.

The broad omxspi went over 619, a bit above the previous record level from August 29, 2018 at 617,6.

other winners on the storbolagslistan OMXS-30 can be counted lock manufacturer Assa Abloy, up 1.6 per cent, the truck manufacturer Volvo, up 1.5 per cent and kullagertillverkaren SKF, up 1.3 per cent.

of the spectrum is säkerhetsbolaget Securitas, which loses 1.0 percent after Morgan Stanley changed portföljrådet to ”underweight”.

Also vitvarujätten Electrolux and hygienvaruproducenten Essity drops nearly 1 per cent.

the Development on the stockholm stock exchange mirrors the movements on the leading european exchanges. In Paris rises CAC index 0.4 percent, the DAX index in Frankfurt climbs 0.1%, while London's FTSE index drops 0.2 percent.
