I'll tell you one thing, I'm glad that ”Game of thrones” will soon be over, ”the Avengers” as we know it is over, I wish that more major film and television phenomenon would be over, at the very best would be maybe if we spent kulturskapandet entirely, and you know why?
It is spoilersäsong again.
By this I mean not that I am afraid of spoilers. On the contrary. I throw myself over the leaks from ”Game of thrones” and I know more than what you can imagine about how it runs in the eighth and final season. I feel like – spoilervarning, I guess, for season six, which by way of information, sent almost exactly three years ago – Bran Stark when he has become the omniscient the Three-Eyed Raven. Except that I don't have linked me up against Max von Sydow in the cape, but on the internet.

poor Cinema employees are forced up in front of the screen to ask the emotionally abusive moviegoers to throw out their popcornbägare in the bin and not on the salongsgolvet also, the face of the display I saw of ”Avengers: the Endgame”, was forced to say the immensely cheesy anti-spoiler-the slogan ”Thanos demands your silence,” I was about to pop off. The supervillain Thanos to – spoilervarning for ”Avengers: Infinity war”, which celebrated a year in days – to wipe out half of the universe's living creatures as a kind of klimatextremistiskt statement. He does not care about spoilers.
Not I, either. I agree friendly my mouth about things that happened in the tv series that aired several months ago in order to not annoy people in my vicinity, but on the inside, tearing my hair. Grow up, I want to gasta when someone snatches as soon as a film they have not had time to see at the cinema though it passed in the weeks mentioned, stop being so kulturfientlig. If something is good it will be none the worse for that document.
No, it's not spoilers that are the problem but spoilerfobikerna. They have exerted pressure on the kulturjournalistiken to such an extent that many critics barely longer dare to touch the at the plot of movies or tv series with an already established, recognized hypersensitive fan base. It makes it difficult to write a comprehensible text, and as difficult to read an in-depth analysis when all of the writers are forced to tiptoe forward around the subject. In the american Slates a review of ”the Avengers: Endgame” it is revealed that one of the actors wearing a giant lösmage, but not who, as if it would change the viewer's entire experience of the film knowing beforehand who of superheroes that have become thick. (Still, I'm so henpecked that not even I dare to reveal the name.)

the responsibility, of course, be on the spoilerrädda. Either to do their civic duty and see what you want to see as soon as it is in even human power, or so keeps you away from the internet. Maybe you could have the habit to walk around with earplugs.
the Fact is that it is not the first time I request this. In the autumn of 2017, when the seventh season of ”Game of thrones” just ended, and the recordings of the eighth would take at the time, I wished for me – spoilervarning for a one and a half year old DN-chronicle – that the comic writers would ”help to put up fences around their filming locations, hail paparazzifotograferna, and to convey, once and for all, that a genuine kulturkonsument should have higher requirements on their experience than a sense of surprise”.
Unfortunately they obeyed not my advice. So far we spoilerimmuna in the minority, there was no revolution then and I see no signs that it is on the road now either. But one beautiful day we shall take over the internet, the newspapers and the lunch rooms, and it should never, never, stand, ”spoilervarning” somewhere.
