German right-wing populists do not want to set the date for a Dexit

It was in the beginning of January, with only a few months left until the european Elections, AFD attracted headlines when the party's plans for the EUROPEAN elections was leaked.

On the agenda was the promise to push for a so-called Dexit if not the party of far-reaching demands for change by the union met the next five years. These include, inter alia, the requirements on the abolition of agricultural subsidies, the EU's climate and limit the EU court of justice power.

The threat toned now down, according to the decision at the weekend. The party will not specify a date for when it would be forthcoming to push the issue of Germany's EU-exit.
