Couples got a wild christmas surprise: - My husband thought his father was dead

For a married couple from Kalundborg was the sweet christmas suddenly much sweeter, when the woman on Sunday morning, checked the lotto numbers on your computer.

Here she discovered that she through his Lightning-Lotto had won the great prize of dkk 25 million.

the Couple's two adult children were immediately invited over, so they could share the joy with them.

- They were so happy on our behalf, and cried just as much as us. They have also had to turn every penny over the last few years, and it has been really hard to see them fight, without that we could help them, says the lucky winner.

She says that she and her husband have had a hard 2018, which among other things has seen several deaths in the family, while she herself was fired in december, and her husband has been without work for a year.

- So we have had incredibly much stress over the economy. This is just so wonderful. Now facing it all on a plate, and we can look forward to 2019 in a completely different way, she says.

the Pair, who are respectively, in the 40's and 50's, thanks to the advice from the Danish Game in the big win, but they have already laid plans for a portion of the money. Among other things, they will buy a house for each of their children and pay for private school for the grandkids.

- We would also like to have a bigger house and an apartment in Spain. In addition, there is a car I've always dreamed of, as I would like to have now - and a new caravan with aircon and all. Last but not least we must of course invest some money, so they come to that number for as long as possible, says the woman.

She and her husband have chosen to be anonymous in connection with the statements about the prize.

The big win fall as the second of its kind in under a month in the same municipality. So it was in the Kalundborg Municipality, to a man earlier in december, ran away with the astronomical profit of 210 million in the Eurojackpot.
