A government liability group is starting a $1 million advertisement campaign against President Biden and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) after it was disclosed the agency regularly communicated using a dominant teachers marriage regarding school reopenings.
According to a script solely obtained by Fox News, the ad, called"Science," opens with a clip of Biden telling Americans to"listen to the scientists" and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci saying for"kids back to school."
"We all know schools are safe," a voice-over from the advertisement says. "However, Biden and his CDC secretly worked with the teachers unions to keep schools closed"
The advertisement blasts Biden and the CDC for"sacrificing children" and keeping them from college, saying the president is hoping to"pay back liberal dark money collections."
Science?" It continues. "No."
"With Biden -- it's always about dim currency," the ad concludes, pointing audiences to DarkMoneyRewarded.com.
The site from the advertisement torches the president for"instantly" lucrative groups that"spent a record amount of dark cash" to elect Biden.
"Top operatives who ran darkish money groups are now working at the White House, along with the extremist groups that got him elected are already seeing their coverage wish list take effect," the website states. "It's only the beginning of dark money running the Biden administration."
"Joe Biden has come to be the dark currency president to the fantastic detriment of pupils, parents and teachers alike," APT outside counselor and former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt told Fox News.
Laxalt said emails at the hands of APT"obviously demonstrate the CDC politicized science under pressure" from the marriage, which he said is"both a teachers union and a dark money group"
Nevada's former top cop said children"already afflicted by distance learning" were kept at home while"exasperated parents were lied to," and educators who longed to return to in-house schooling"were forced to remain distant from their pupils."
"Biden is putting the interests of dark money special interests over those of parents, pupils and teachers," Laxalt stated. "The dark currency groups pull the strings and the American people are suffering the consequences."
APT is a nonprofit group that aims to increase accountabilityfor politicians and political groups within"corrupt and unethical behaviour," according to its site.
Emails obtained by APT through a Freedom of Information Act request earlier this month showed that the teachers union had been lobbying the CDC over faculty reopening guidance.
AFT's lobbying attempts were reportedly profitable. An initial report published by the New York Post cited at least two times once the teachers union's suggestions were used almost verbatim in the CDC's school reopening guidelines.
Among the suggestions came simply because the CDC was preparing to restart in-person learning because of a decline in coronavirus transmission prices. The bureau corrected its guidelines to incorporate a provision which permitted for a"new update" in case"of high community-transmission results in a new version" of COVID-19.
Additionally, the union requested teachers"who've recorded high-risk states or who are at increased risk" be allowed to work remotely using similar coverages added for employees with household members highly vulnerable to the virus.
AFT told Fox News earlier this month it had been"in regular contact with all the bureaus setting policy that impact their lives and work, including the CDC."
Weingartenteachers and teachers' unions generally, opposed returning to in-person learning for much of the pandemic.
The ad campaign by APT started today and will run on the cable networks for 3 months in Washington, D.C.
Additionally, APT launched a national over-the-top (OTT) streaming agency media campaign targeting moms of school-age kids and will consist of digital ads and text messages delivered to target audiences.
