However, Madrid and Barcelona, ​​as the main Spanish cities, are not far behind in this segment. Madrid, the country's capital, is home to 9.1% of ultra-luxury homes, reflecting its status as a financial and cultural center. For its part, Barcelona, ​​with its mixture of modernity and historical heritage, has 5.5%.
