The"Travis Scott Meal" -- the very first McDonald's star menu cooperation because Michael Jordan's McJordan Particular -- has been so hot that a few McDonald's ran low on components. J. Balvin jumped to the trend a month afterwards using his go-to meal of a Big Mac with no pickles, an Oreo McFlurry and french fries with ketchup.
Now, the dear K-pop boy band BTS is linking in.
The McDonald's cooperation is simply the newest from the boys' achievement. In 2017, they have been called the many Tweeted-about actors of 2017. Last year that the group struck an NPR album -- in only 25 minutes, they gained more first-day YouTube viewpoints than any preceding Tiny Desk Concert.
The BTS Meal went on sale Wednesday and contains 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, a moderate order of french fries, a moderate Coke and candy chili along with Cajun dipping sauces -- just two brand new flavors inspired by McDonald's South Korea.
BTS can also be releasing a clothes line, and that means it's possible to consume those nuggets in fashion. Items available include bath robes, hoodies and textures. The products combine the ring'ssignature purple shade with McDonald's logos, like a box of chips with seven chips (one for each member of this group). Fans can catch the clothing on the Weverse shop program.
McDonald's can also be for example for the first-time in its own collaboration"four consecutive months of lively in-app content for clients." The electronic content will be viewable only inside the McDonald's program.
Even though Travis Scott and J. Balvin enjoyed national success by using their star McDonald's dishes, the BTS alliance would be the first to be made available globally. But some U.S. lovers have voiced disappointment in the national packaging of their meal, which does not incorporate the BTS purple boxes found in global orders.
