Was in mortal danger: Woman beaten with vase, chair and frying pan

A woman was in mortal danger, as she was exposed to a true voldsorgie at an address in Fredericia suburb Erritsø on the morning of 22. august of last year.

Her 63-year-old Georgian man is indicted for violence of the particular crude, brutal and dangerous nature of having beaten her several times in the face with a vase, so she fell over, after which he struck her several times in the head, face and arms among other things, 'a plasticguitar, a wine bottle, a potted plant, a jar, a wooden chest, a chair and a frying pan', according to the indictment.

Subsequently, the woman several injuries in the face, in the back of the head and on the arms, fractures of the skull and bleeding in the eye bindehinder. The conclusion of the medical examination was that she had been in mortal danger, according to the indictment against the man.

There is a claim that the accused be sentenced to an indefinite anbringelsesdom in the psychiatric department, and also subject to expulsion.

When he was brought in grundlovsforhør, he was charged with attempted murder, but acknowledged only violence.

I can now note with satisfaction that the prosecution has taken note of, and the indictment is 'only' very serious violence under aggravating circumstances, " she says, and adds that her client can continue to recognize the serious violence after the Danish penal code § 245, but refuses extremely serious violence.

It is pt. not managed to get a comment from the prosecutor about why there is 'only' been indicted for extremely aggravated assault and not attempted murder.
