I have been in the system as sick leave in many years – in fact since I broke the back on my work over ten years ago.

But I have many medical certificates, which says that I can no longer work in my profession as a craftsman, but it is as if my case starts all over again, every time the municipality puts something in time.

I came in a ressourceforløb, where one would try to develop my ability to work, but there is nothing new happened in the time. I have had a mentor, and I have gone to the usual treatment with my back, to maintain it, as best I can.

Here just before my ressourceforløb expired, I got a new caseworker.

She said that I was going through yet another internship before my case can be settled. I chose to collaborate and have therefore been participating in an internship, where my ability to work would be developed and tested.

for over three months, and my caseworker promised me that it would not last longer, but now she says that the internship shall be extended until such time that my case should be up in the board, which will decide what should happen.

I do not understand It – our agreement was indeed a second.

If your working capacity has been assessed in a documented internship/arbejdsprøvning, and you have a speciallægeerklæring that your back injury is so severe that you either now or in the future may work in your former profession, so should the municipality had been clarified by you and tried either to rehabilitate you, make you eligible for a flex job or – as a last option – assign you a disability pension.

If you have medical certificates , who says that your condition is permanent and without development, and there have several internships behind you, so you don't need another internship.

But you have cooperated and contributed to the fact that your case has been further elucidated, so you have done your duty.

There is no technical evidence that your internship must be extended until your case needs for a rehabiliteringsteam.

And if the original agreement was the 13 week internship, and you have completed it, then there is no reason to participate in any further – unless your case officer can justify that the extension has importance that your case is properly illuminated.
