The protection of the environment? A symphony collective. From the valley Of the Sun, a project that is unique in the world

TRENTO. Collect suggestions and sounds of the same alpine valley with a goal: to reprocess them and, thanks to the collaboration with the orchestra and choir of the accademia Teatro della Scala, turn them into an artistic, coherent, able to raise the awareness of tourists and children on the importance of water resources and the fight against climate change.

The project is called "#OP2020 One Of A Million" and is unique in its kind, because it starts from the observation of nature to arrive at the decomposition of its sounds and to the subsequent creation, thanks to them, a real symphony collective. Through the use of the item symbol of the moment: a water bottle made of metal.

But let's go with order. The initiative saw the collaboration of actors radically different - institutions, artists, creative, entrepreneurs, students - and started with the recording of the sounds of the water of Val di Sole in Trentino, analyzed, and reassembled inside of a laboratory with the musicians Silvio Morais D'amico - teacher, multi-instrumentalist - and Luca Lagash - the-century Luca Saporiti, bassist Marlene Kuntz. "We have formed working groups in the community in the area," explains Fabio Sacco, director of APT Val di Sole - with which we processed the recorded sounds and made the theme "Spring". We based on experience of concrete music and the laboratories of instruments and voices".

And here comes the phase two. The theme music got by the sounds of nature will, in fact, executed on the 2nd of February 2020 with a performance of ad-hoc during the second edition of the Ice Music Festival, a festival which throughout the winter has seen artists of national and international renown perform in a theatre-the igloo at 2,700 metres on the Presena Glacier.

"Source" will, in fact, arranged, orchestrated and performed by the Orchestra and Choir of the Accademia Teatro alla Scala, and finally distributed to the general public through water bottles, plastic free - made from Popack.art and today can be purchased at the tourist offices of the valley, the huts, the facilities - through a QRCode allows you to "discover" a part of the song. "The bottle - continuous Lot - it becomes a tool of aggregation and the discovery of the territory, a code that is open to the sharing of opportunities in the valley".

as each user logs on to the service discovering their portion of the notes, the full track is composed, in a sort of flash mob where virtual each provides its own contribution to arrive at the listening full. QRCode also gives you access to an interactive map that allows you to discover the source of the water of Val di Sole, on the basis of a geolocation system built thanks to the MUSE Science Museum of Trento, the Stelvio National Park and Val di Sole.

the fourth phase of The project consists of a sculptural installation made by the artist MOG - Morgana Orsetta Ghini of the Collective OP, you can see a PEJO3000 in conjunction with the construction, in a few months, the new exclusive retreat. "A dream-like place - explains the director of Pejo Funivie Simone Pegolotti - which brings together the reports generated by the unveiling of the song, symphonic, sources and digital connections in a single immersive experience, complemented by the observation of the beauties of the territory, with binoculars, Swarovski Optik".

In the fifth and last phase, the protagonists are the kids, with discussions and comparisons promoted by the Management School of Tourism and Culture (SMTC) - Trentino School of Management, in collaboration with the departments of Environment, Tourism and Culture of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

The bottle "One Of A Million" and the gradual fruition of the works to the public will make their debut in Val di Sole starting from the 5th of June 2020, World Environment Day. "Schools have a central role in the implementation of the project - said the provincial councillor for education, Mirko Bisesti -. The involvement of children in the collection of the sounds of the val di Sole it is important to raise awareness among the new generations a knowledge of their own territory, even in unconventional ways and creative, through music. The idea to hand on the bottle as "the task of the holidays" will be an unusual way to introduce them to the environment and allow them to experience the region in an original way".
