- I have a whole scrapbook with him. I was a little småforelsket in him, when I learned to know him.
this is the sound of the warm words from Suzanne Bjerrehuus, who, in a period in the beginning of the 1990s worked closely with Ole Stephensen on the hugely popular tv program Eleva2ren, which ran over the air on TV2 in prime time on Friday night.
She is saddened by the news that her friend and former colleague on Wednesday evening suddenly died in his home in Gentofte district Vangede without prior illness.
- It is a completely terrible news. I can not hold out to talk about such a thing. It is too early, he is dead.

She remembers with joy back in their successful time together at the tv screen.
- We met in January 92. There we made Eleva2ren together and it was a huge success. The Monday after each program, where we had been number one on the list of the most watched programs in Denmark, we picked up the cake. We got the cake for a whole year in a row, remember Suzanne Bjerrehus back.
- He was super intelligent. Very talented and exceptionally ambitious. He was so talented and had huge ambitions for us and the program.
- I was put together with Denmark's most popular tv host. The danes were wild with Ole. I also think he was the best.
- He was the most talented, because he had a total flair from the TV-medium. He was not only resourceful and a skilled facilitator. He visualiserende everything. Even the lighting he had in the hollow of his hand.
- at the same time he could manage an interview like no other. He was able to make poignant interviews with survivors of the Scandinavian Star accident and make highly entertaining and fun feature. He was complete and mastered every genre.
Suzanne Bjerrehus is far from the only one that pays tribute to the popular tv host.

No. No. No. Just heard Ole Stephensen is dead. I learned to know him all too late. A great man with a lot of life experience. Totally don't care what others think. Fun with dad-humor in a cool way. Heartwarming and generous. Sorry we didn't get more funny moments together #rip
