Serial killer and a COP

Mikhail Popkov suspected his wife to have betrayed him, bringing his anger on women. His wife and daughter believed, however, even after the first ruling of 2015 is still firmly in his innocence, and even performed on television. His daughter, then 27 years old, described the close relationship to the father and himself as a "Daddy's girl". Later it came out that he may have killed one of their teachers at the music school. A long time it was unclear how many years he had raged, yet today, the number of his victims seems to be uncertain.

Initially, the investigators assumed that he stopped in the year 2000 with the murders. However, after the first judgment Popkov admitted further offences of up to the year 2010. Almost 18 years, he has made, therefore, before the nose of his former colleagues hunting for women. However, in the small Siberian town money and staff were apparently so scarce that they came down on him for it.
