Mick Schumacher have from birth lived with one of the world's Formula 1-fans of the iconic surname. As a child, he was shielded from the public, and as he started to do go-karting, it was under his mother's former surname, Betsch.
It was in these years that the now 20-year-old German decided to follow in his father's footsteps.
In Bahrain this week is he really thrown to the lions; both what sporting challenges and media interest is concerned.
- I have known him since he was a small boy. It is fascinating. There was a period where he was not sure, but now he has bitten the teeth together, says Ross Brawn, who was the technical chief behind Michael Schumacher's seven WORLD cup titles, for the BBC.

Brawn gp is now sporting responsible for the whole of Formula 1 and dreaming just like everyone else in the sport to see Mick Schumacher will be competitive in a red Ferrari.
But he is realistic and warns against making excessive demands, although Mick Schumacher so far deal attention to the top rated.
- He has a very balanced family, and they know the experience from Michael, so they know how to handle it if Mick will get success.
- It is very exciting. Many times, when I see Mick, I see Michael in him very clearly. It would be wonderful. But there is huge pressure on the lad, so I hope that people keep in mind not to put unrealistic demands to him, says Ross Brawn.

- the Name makes expectations, but to end up in F1 you have to have move. To date, he has done well. As he has evolved over recent years to where he is now. We should give him time and quiet to suit his job. It is not easy for him. On the other hand, he is used to it.

on Tuesday tested the Mick Schumacher as Ferrari's F1 racer for the first time.
