Parts of the University in St. Petersburg collapsed

During the teaching events are crashes on Saturday, parts of a building of the University in the Russian city of St. Petersburg. Dozens of students and staff had been trapped for a short time, informed the civil protection of the Baltic sea metropolis.

The building belongs to the state University of information technologies, Mechanics and optics Saint-Petersburg (ITMO), and is located in the historical centre of the city.
