It is the most important film prize in the world. The U.S. streaming service, Netflix wanted to belong to the winners. 25 million was the company, therefore, alone, the advertising campaign for the Film "Roma" in the run-up to the award ceremony cost more than the company for the Film has spent. This fear, because the US Department of justice feared that the Academy could introduce new rules, which systematically certain market could shoot participants only. Apparently, the judicial authority, DOJ sees it that way, because you don't do only in the case of the Oscars for new online provider would not be excluded. (jb)
