Land Rover has recently launched the new and significantly more modern Defender-the generation that shall lift up the legacy of the outgoing Defender, who was loved for its raw offroadkvaliteter.
Some of the most avid Defender the fans think, however, that the model has been of technological and soft, and for the people, there is now good news.
Ineos, which the british director Sir Jim Ratcliffe is behind, has just published the design of their car with the name Ineos Grenadier. There is talk about a classic jeep, which in many ways can be seen as an alternative replacement to the original Defender.
the Founder of the company has earlier told that the goal of the Ineos Grenadier is to build a 'robust offroader that can't go in pieces and not have Defenderens reliability issues'. Ratcliffe was also cited to stress that the model is '100 percent must not be a Chelsea tractor' with reference to the fashionable quarter in London, where many otherwise offroadkapable Land Rovers live quiet lives in the hands of rigmandsfruer and top Premier League players.
When you see the design on the Ineos Grenadier, it is not difficult to see where the inspiration for the design comes from. The new jeep is cheated out of the nose of a Land Rover Defender 110.

It is clear that Sir Jim Ratcliffe was a big fan of the discontinued Defender-model, but he also was tired of its reputation as quite unreliable.
so Ineos is also of great importance to their Grenadier model will be very reliable.
- the Grenadier-the project started with identifying a gap in the market left by a number of automakers, to a practical offroader. This gave us a technical level in order to build a durable and reliable wheel drive vehicle built to handle the most rugged environments in the world, says Sir Jim Ratcliffe in a press release.

Ineos Grenadier is constructed in the same manner as the outgoing Defender, and therefore has the Grenadier a separate chassis frame and rigid axle with helical springs. The car will be equipped with engines from BMW.
the Model will go into production in the year 2021, and it must be built at the Magna Steyr plant in Austria. The company has earlier told that the plan is to build around 25,000 cars per year at a price of around 35,000 pounds.
