Sand describes the situation as ”a bit strange”, and says that Madonna's requirements on the security arrangements are part of the problems in the negotiations.
" We have an artist that would like to be a part of the Eurovision song contest. We would love to welcome her on the stage. But for that to be possible we must have a framework for security.
According to the israeli media to Madonna arrive to Tel Aviv on Wednesday.
