'It is unbelievable, that in today's world are SO poor service', writes Trustpilot user Mette in a review of Salling.dk.
And she is far from alone. The past week it's passed in with the angry words of the respected department store Sallings Truspilot-page.

Customers are especially furious over the extremely long delivery times and suddenly out of stock items. A user by the name of Maria Holm writes thus:
Mary Holm's experience with Salling.dk is certainly not unique. The reviews are in the queue, and they are all on the exact same problem, as Mary Holm has had.
Here it is, for example, the Mie Rokkjer Tofteberg, who will not shop at the store again:
Extra of the Magazine's Friday morning got a written comment on the many bad reviews from Lars Højgaard, who is responsible for Salling.dk:
'We have received overwhelming many orders of Salling.dk and therefore has extraordinary juletravlt. We run as fast as we possibly can and have deployed additional vehicles to ensure that goods ordered in time to reach before christmas'.
Salling had been calling around for the customer which is affected, and the report that you have found a solution in cooperation with customers. What it is about deepening, unfortunately not. General on the situation writes Lars Højgaard continues:
'It is, of course, very regrettable, and it is certainly not up to our required level of service'.

You can now also see on Trustpilot, that Salling is similar to several of the customers that have given poor reviews, and individual customers writes that after the dialogue with Salling have got delivered the goods in a second edition and therefore gives the chain much better criticism.
