In scene after scene reveals the hidden footage that TV2 has made a public documentary about a nursing home in Aarhus, how the on-site carers to grossly ignore the demented Else.

instead, in order to ensure that the Else gets his diaper more frequently checked and changed, choosing to carers to allow her to be sitting in his own poop and pee. It shows the recordings, which Ekstra Bladet has chosen to show.

In the clip, which you can see at the top of this article, has Else just been given a diagnosis of cystitis, probably because of a lack of diaper changes. She has previously been freezing with bowel movements and pee smeared all the way up in the neck with the same diaper for up to 24 hours. But that happens now complications in the form of thin belly, and carers can clearly hear Elses stomach rumle.

Community - 6. christmas. 2020 - pm. 19:00 Here is the TV2 recordings are not allowed to see

But since it is a halloween-themed dinner at the nursing home, and two employees will make Else ready for the meal, notes the new, that she is 'all wet' by thin bowel movements and pee.

'If she keeps fucking, then it's bloody stupid to do it now (switch her, red.). We must not just take her with. They can't smell it for the food,' says a carer to his colleague.

Then agree to package the 90-year-old in blankets and towels and run her to the dinner with the other residents.

'She continues to piss and shit. It continues to run. It seeps. It may not pay. We are going to do it again,' it sounds it.

Therefore, the EB clips

TV2 has tried, in vain, to be allowed to bring the documentary that reveals the serious abuses and failures in the care of older people in Aarhus Municipality.

First, in the bailiff's court and later by the high court, we succeeded in the municipality to stop the removal. According to the municipality it happens to protect the demented woman who has been subjected to abuse.

the Municipality believes that they have a duty to protect the woman from the footage shown, though both her guardian and family support is a publication of the recordings.

the Family has for several years tried to have a dialogue with the municipality and solved the severe problems, as the documentary now reveals. Until now they have many meetings been in vain, believes the family.

Elses guardian, her granddaughter Charlotte Ahm, as well as Elses seven children has, therefore, given Extra Magazine consent to bring the selected clips from the documentary, which proves that the family was right. And which shows that both the Municipality of Aarhus and other Danish municipalities, should go far more systematic approach and ensure that neither Else or other unsuspecting elderly people who Else are subjected to humiliating treatment and unlawful use of force in caring for the elderly.

the Footage shows that the Else actually makes note that she needs to be changed. But it can not pay, is the answer.

The two carers agreements hereinafter a concoction that they have changed, Else, if colleagues were to ask:

'So we just say that it leaks all the time. So we must do it again. Unfortunately we cannot do. Fy for ..,' it sounds it.

next, Else rolled out to the halloween party and will only come back to his apartment two hours later.

In another scene, one can see how two carers on Kongsgården agree to lie about whether they have tried to give a demented resident his medication: 'We just say, he would not take it.'

The hidden footage shows a forrået setting with the staff at Kongsgården. Clip after clip showing how caregivers talk ugly and contemptuous of both Else and her relatives, described as 'deranged' and 'shrill crazy', while the 90-year-old woman can hear it.

Demenspsykolog Anneke Dapper-jensen, erik steen has 25 years of experience and have bl.a. taught plejehjemspersonale.

How does a protective order

A protective order is a temporary decision, where the court has determined that a company or a person to stop doing a particular action.

It can be a ban on selling a product that a competitor thinks is a copy. Or it can be an article or a broadcast, as a party to the proceedings considers breaking the law.

In the case of the TV2 documentary Aarhus Municipality demanded that the footage not be shown, because, according to the municipality violates both the demented Else and the employees, who have been filmed. It has the bailiff's court and later the court of appeal granted the municipality the right at and therefore stopped the TV2 broadcast.

the Case can later be taken forward by the courts, which finally decide whether fogedforbuddet is correct, or on TV2 later anyway gets to show off the broadcast.

If one breaks a protective order, it could cost those responsible a fine or in the worst cases a prison sentence.

the Injunction is in fact an outdated term, since the ban in legal terms is called 'Provisional decision on the prohibition and injunction'.

She believes that the nursing staff in the critical situations no longer see the Else and other people with dementia as people, but merely a task that must be solved. Also Anneke Dapper-Skaaning puts herself wondering for the high court's injunctions.

'It should be enough that the relatives give their consent, because, Else, not even the pga. her dementia. If not the relatives, who must so protect the people who are at the mercy of our help. It used to be customary in the nursing home, to the nearest relatives speak on behalf of those who cannot themselves,' says the experienced demenspsykolog.
