the Supply of villas and townhouses has dropped to 30.703, according to figures from Boligsiden, which is owned by the Danish real estate agents.
It's four percent fewer than the month before, which featured the so far lowest offer, since Boligsiden began to keep statistics in 2010.
It is, according to Birgit Daetz, communication director at Boligsiden, very normal, there be fewer houses for sale over the summer.

the Supply of homes has dropped a further 2.7 per cent to 6993 in the beginning of august. It is 33,8 percent fewer than last year.
There are 7087 condos for sale in Denmark, which is 2.3 percent lower than at the beginning of July and 16.7 percent lower than last year.
