Each evening remind us of the members of the Opera house in mind, what should go in the Advent season actually, and enable the listener for 15 minutes in a real Christmas mood.

The amount of larger plants for the Christmas season is manageable. At the Church of our lady, it is, therefore, unusual way and combines two well-known pieces of Mozart with Gregorian chants. In this way, the organ solo exhibition and the "Vesperae solennes de Confessore fit" in the Church year – and unexpectedly for the advent music.

Christmas music was not only in the German Lands written. Together with the ZKO Zurich concert choir reminds us of this actually banal, to the advent of the time but nevertheless self-evident fact. French music of Poulenc and Duruflé is compared to the German music of Bach and Handel and the English of Britten.

A tip far beyond the advent of time. Andreas Jost plays on Sunday evening at 17 o'clock Bach's complete organ music on the great Cathedral organ on the whole next year! In addition, there are morning cantatas-Church services this month with Christmas cantatas at 8. December at 11 o'clock in the preacher's Church and on 22. December at 10 p.m. in the Cathedral.
