Lidl allocates 3.8 million to open a new store in Valencia

The German chain opens an establishment in the town of La Pobla de Vallbona and reaches 74 stores in the community.

Lidl has opened its new store in La Pobla de Vallbona (next to the El Osito Shopping Center), which replaces the one that the supermarket chain previously had in this town.

With a sales area of more than 1,400 square meters, the new establishment brings the number of Lidl stores in the Valencian Community to 74. For the execution of this project, the company has invested 3.8 million euros in the property, its construction and equipment. The opening has led to the creation of 9 new jobs for a total workforce of 25 employees.

It has a large car park with more than 120 spaces and in which two recharging points for electric vehicles have also been enabled, as well as an installation of nearly 600m2 of photovoltaic panels, thanks to which it will be able to generate 50% of the total energy consumption of the building.
