Scandal at Indra's board. A coup supported by the Government through Sepi (the main shareholder of the technology company) and supported by the Amber fund (the main shareholder of Prisa) and by the Basque defense company Sapa has dynamited the council, by dismissing the board to five of the eight independents of the group who opposed Sepi's interest in controlling the council.
