At 73, he will occupy the position of vice-president of CMA Médias, but also the presidency of the strategic committee “and will mobilize his experience to assist the group in its media activities, in the choice of investments and the management of operations”, details the press release. Nicolas de Tavernost says he is “very happy to join CMA Médias and Rodolphe Saadé to support it in the management of its investments in the media sector”.

The Marseille shipowner, already owner of La Provence and La Tribune, is in the process of completing the acquisition of Altice Media (BFMTV, BFM Business, BFM Régions, RMC Story and RMC).
