The audiovisual group M6 has sold eight thematic information sites to the press group Prisma Media, including Passeport Santé and Cuisine AZ, it announced Monday in a press release.

According to M6, all of the eight sites in this hub attract a total of more than 18 million unique visitors each month. At the end of July, when publishing its half-year results, M6 announced a drop in its advertising revenue, in a gloomy context, even if its net profit had increased by 14.5%, to 106.5 million euros.
