Monastery of San Jeronimo

The Musica Boscareccia concert at the Monastery of San Jeronimo will be held within the Cantar y taner Cycle. It will feature the Soprano Alicia Amo as well as Andoni Mercero (violin and direction) and a program about Francisco Corselli. Corselli is one of his favourite composers. As the setting for Salve Regina's music will be a common thread, it will also prove that the Italian style is well-established and has continuity throughout the peninsula as Antonio Soler and Pergolesi have shown. The programme also includes a transcription of Sebastian de Albero’s keyboard music for strings. In co-production the National Center for Musical Diffusion. Historical recovery. Palace of Carlos V

The Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra will be visiting us for its first time. It does so with its head, Japanese Kazuki Yamada with a stellar international career and Veronique Gens with Veronique Gens, one the most renowned performers in the French musician who will sing Berlioz's Les nuits d'ete. This work he has recorded with great success. This is Hector Berlioz's view of himself as an Attila who arrived "to destroy the musical world", and to whom the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic will devote the Festival's first appearance. The most well-known work by the musician is his Fantastic Symphony. It's a five-movement fresco that depicts a love affair in which the artist gives up on opium to get terrifying visions. One of his concert overtures completes the program. It is based upon a poem by Lord Byron (The Corsair) and a cycle songs that are essential to the development of the French melody (Summer Nights), which Veronique will sing Gens. Radio Clasica of RNE and the EBU stations from Germany, Greece and Poland will broadcast the concert.

Ismael De la Rosa El Bola>> is the cante of Ismael. He drinks from the finest Triana tradition, and continues a family tradition that has produced many famous personalities and extensive artistic careers. Fuente Vaqueros' Teatro Federico Garcia Lorca hosts La Transformacion. This theatrical performance, which was created within the framework of FEX, took place at the Teatro Federico Garcia Lorca. The three main creators of the Cante Jondo Contest in 1922 have inspired us to look at the everyday and the ceremonial acts. This work is dramaturgized using the Lorca-Falla-Zuloaga trinomial.
