This luxeontbijt with chocoladewafels is the calories more than worth it

Offered by Lidl You have another working week survived, reward yourself this weekend so feel free with a decadent breakfast. This chocoladewafels do the trick: lean, they are not, but you will be oh so happy. What do you need? (for 4 persons)

250 g flour, sifted
50 g cocoa powder
50 g brown sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
2 tsp baking powder
snuf salt
3 eggs, split
500 ml milk
50 g butter, melted
150 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
sunflower oil
200 ml fresh cream 35%
1 cup raspberries

this is how you make it:

1. Mix the flour, the cocoa powder, the sugar, the vanilla sugar, the baking powder and the salt in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix in another bowl the egg yolks with the milk and the melted butter.
3. Now add the wet ingredients, stirring to the dry ingredients. Stir until you get a homogeneous batter.
4. Whisk the egg whites until schuimpieken and mix, in different times, gently under the batter. Stir certainly not too long.
5. Then add the chocolate.
6. Preheat the waffle iron until it is hot. Brush with a thin layer of oil and bake waffles until all the dough is used.
7. Beat in the meantime the cream on.
8. Serve the waffles with the whipped cream and raspberries
