2 ripe banana + extra to serve
citroenzeste of half a lemon
150 ml amandeldrink
1 tbsp chia seed
1 teaspoon baking soda
100 g of oat flakes
2 tablespoons honey + extra to serve
1. Crush the bananas and put them together with the other ingredients, except the coconut oil, in a blender.
2. Blend to a smooth dough and let sit for about 10 minutes to thicken.
3. Heat some coconut oil in a non-stick pan, let the pan very hot and fry small pancakes in about 3 minutes, until golden brown on both sides. Work all the dough.
4. Serve with extra slices of banana and honey.
