Fairy Loobuyck is the daughter of Wim Loobuyck and Patsy Neirinck. She went to school in The Nave in Aalter, was in the Scouts in Aalter, belgium, and studied at the Music school of Knesselare. For two years she has abroad, studied and travelled a lot. When they got back in Knesselare landed, it was for her the right time to take part in The Voice.
“I did myself at the time, enrolled in the blind auditions, in the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep,” says Fee. “A friend had the link forwarded, and I have the write up to be honest, filled in without realizing it. I look each year to The Voice, but I never dare to participate. Now I after two years of travelling back in Belgium am, and I have a job search, it seemed the time was ripe to make the step yet again. And look: I'm sitting in the last six, and am ready for the semi-finals. I have the blind auditions was done without too many expectations. I had nothing to lose, but it was better than expected. I really had not thought to ever make it this far. I just wanted to see what I could do, and that is apparently in the taste.”
