The Accor Arena in Paris, also called Bercy, is ranked 2nd in the world for performance venues in its category, behind Madison Square Garden in New York, by the American magazines Venues Now and Pollstar, the French venue said on Monday. Every year since 2002, Venues Now and Pollstar have established their ranking of global venues with a capacity of between 15,000 and 30,000 seats, based on their attendance.

With 71 events, 974,000 tickets sold and revenues of more than $70 million (€66 million) recorded from November 17, 2022 to August 16, 2023, the Accor Arena is positioned behind Madison Square Garden in New York, number 1, and ahead of London's O2, number 3, according to these entertainment and performance venues sector publications.

The Accor Arena (20,000 seats) reached second place in this ranking for the first time. Just like other Parisian venues, the Bataclan and the future Adidas Arena, the Accor Arena belongs to the Paris Entertainment Company group. This room, formerly called Bercy, will host the American rock group Queens of the Stone Age this Tuesday or Madonna on November 12, during her Celebration Tour.
