Sam Smith, British pop star, as well as the duo Gazo-Tiakola, a merger of two popular French rappers, are on the bill at the Solidays festival from June 28 to 30, 2024 in Paris. This musical event serves to finance the Solidarité Sida association and its international aid programs for HIV patients. The announcements of the first names of Solidays also come on Thursday, on the eve of World AIDS Day.
Overwhelmed with awards - including an Oscar for the song Writing's on the wall from the 007 film Specter from the James Bond franchise - Sam Smith is a resident of the top Valentine's Day playlists with Stay with me.
In hip-hop, an eminently competitive environment, the alliance of Gazo and Tiakola is one of the surprises of the end of the year. The two rappers released this Friday La Mélo est Gangx, their surprise joint album, with a blockbuster flavor. Solidays also offers a flashy rap collection with PLK, Zola and SDM. Without forgetting the rap-chaâbi cocktail from TIF, an Algerian artist who lives in Paris.
Electro will be represented on the Paris-Longchamp site by international DJs such as Martin Garrix and Diplo. Solidays also has a panel of established singers, like Pomme, and emerging singers, such as Adèle Castillon.
Also note the programming of Louise Attaque, whose hit J't'emmène au vent is at the top of nostalgic playlists in France on Spotify, the leading platform in the music streaming market. The ticket office will open on December 7 at 12:00 p.m. Nearly 260,000 festival-goers attended in 2023 for the 25th anniversary of the event.
