The work that we are carrying forward, with the concreteness and without the illusion of change in a few months conditions of structural problems, part, instead, from the recognition of the centrality of the three main actors of the school: students, teachers and families. In a perspective of cooperation and not of confrontation.

A concrete example is supplied from the matter relating to entries in a role lifted from the Boers. I fully agree with the need to have in the competition for ordinary road priority, when not even the only one, to the entrance in the chair: after you announced the competition for the employees of the school, the school we are working in a new contest for teachers. All together, we must come to believe that school is the main investment in our Country, the main compartment in which to measure the social and civil development of our Country. The priority commitment of the policy and of our Government is to create the conditions, and then finding the resources, to start this complete change of perspective.

The response of Tito Boeri Is distressing to note from her response as the recruitment of teachers is still dictated by the choices emergency approaches with the precarious nature of employment, contests, reserved, and giving.
