The 15th of November saw the start of Malta Week, which then ended on the 19th. One of the most anticipated events of the whole week was the SiGMA Gaming Awards that took place on the first day. The event was held at the Hilton Hotel in St. Julian's.
There were many great awards on offer at the 2021 SiGMA awards ceremony, and one of the most prestigious was the "Rising Star Operators of the Year" award. The winner of this award was Betiton™, and the CEO and co-founder, Arnaud Serour, went up to accept the award and give his acceptance speech.
As part of his speech, he said that: "This prize that rewards all our efforts and all the passion we injected since the launch of Betiton™ means so much for us. Thanks also to Djibril for helping us skyrocket Betiton™’s brand awareness."
Some of the other big awards that were given out that night included the "Game Provider of the Year" that went to Stakelogic, as well as the "Online Payment Solution of the Year" that was given to Trustly.
