The Prosecutor's office demand to the concessionaire of the AP-9 by charging abusive tolls

The Prosecutor's office of Pontevedra has filed a lawsuit for collective action in defence of consumers and users against the concessionaire of the AP-9, Audasa for “abusive practices” of the company to collect the tolls intact despite the traffic jams produced for three years by the works of enlargement of the bridge of Rande (Pontevedra). The compensation affect all users (drivers and passengers), excluding the professionals that have been certified to have been caught in some of the jams that involved deductions above ten minutes, by the contribution of the receipt of the toll, or through any other proof of payment.
