Knokke-Heist, belgium Marc Van Ooteghem (66) from Knokke has a friend. A special still, because he and Eric Landuyt (67) from Meulebeke appear as two drops of water on each other. One and another came to light when the Knokkenaar is opwond about a campaign of The Line in which he came into the picture. “At least, that's what I thought”, says Marc. “But after a long search, it turned out, therefore, a look-alike to go. And then there was that meeting... Never thought that I myself would be able to see without to look in the mirror.”
They live both in West-Flanders, a few dozen kilometres of each other. Still, Marc and Eric, who is on a year after the same age, still never in person met. What they did not know: the lord appear as two drops of water on each other. One of the two acted as well in an advertising campaign of The Line and the other surprised and was about to look when he "himself" is suddenly in the picture I saw. “I heard the thunder in Cologne”, says Knokkenaar Marc Van Ooteghem. “Acquaintances spoke to me, said that I look beautiful rose, that poster of The Line. First time I understood what they had but when I use the campaign itself saw, I had myself a little in the arm, squeezing. There I was, outside the peering on a bus of The Line.”
