It calculated how much you should actually deserve to be in the largest cities of the world, an apartment of about 50 m2 to rent. They used the principle that not more than 30 percent of your wages to the rent would be allowed to spend. For the rent of a studio they took in each case the median of the last quarter of 2018. To the rent, you have the amounts by roughly three parts. Monaco is so close to 3,600 euros, a lot more than the average net monthly wage in us.
The immoplatform selected fifty cities and more than 700 neighborhoods on the basis of the number of searches to them at Nestpick and of the most popular locations for well-paid jobs.
