Almost every fifth job in Germany is threatened by the digitization. In particular, the low-skilled are at risk. Labour Minister healing, wants to equip workers with on-going training.

In the next few years will change the world of work in industrialised countries at a rapid pace. 14 percent of the jobs in the OECD area could disappear because of automation. Especially the low-skilled are at risk and could lose the connection in your profession, warns the Organisation for economic co-operation and development (OECD). It therefore calls on the governments to help in particular to this occupational group so that it loses in the labour market the connection.
