DN Debate. To help keep drivers driving too fast – now need for a tightening

traffic Safety is an interaction between infrastructure, vehicle crashworthiness and users. A powerful and positive developments have occurred in the first two parts; both infrastructure and vehicles have become much safer in recent years. But the road also have a responsibility to follow the rules that apply in road traffic.
